<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">You can do it on the treadmill and you only need 20-30 minutes.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I start my first minute with 6 km/h, the second minute is 6,5 km/h and the third is 7 km/h. And that goes per minute up to 10 km/h. So you do the first round of the workout for 9 minutes and repeat it between 1 and 2 times.</span></div>

nun kann das Kochen also beginnen wenn ihr alle Zutaten bereit

erstes bringe ich in einem Topf Wasser mit ein wenig Gemüsebrühe
und dem braunen Reis zum kochen, weil der ja immer ein bisschen Zeit
braucht. Kocht den Reis einfach nach der Packungsbeilage, dann kann
nichts schief gehen. </span>

der Reis kommt habe ich den Spargel geschält und in ca. 2-3 cm lange
Stückchen geschnitten. Danach wird der Spargel in einem Topf mit
Wasser für ca. 10 Minuten gekocht. Wenn ihr ein bisschen
Zitronensaft und ein Hauch von Zucker in das Spargelwasser gebt,
entfaltet sich der Geschmack besser. </span>

<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Die
Frühlingszwiebeln in dünne Ringe schneiden, Zuccini würfeln und
den Schinken in eckige Stückchen oder Streifen schneiden. </span>

<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">In
einer Pfanne erhitzt ihr nun ein bisschen Öl, gebt
Frühlingszwiebeln, Zuccini und Schinken dazu und bratet alles für
ca. 5 Minuten an. Danach gebt ihr 2 EL Frischkäse, 2EL Wasser und
den Schnittlauch hinzu und vermischt alles gut. Zum Schluss kommt dan
noch der abgegossene Spargel hinzu und alles köchelt bei Schwacher
Hitze nochmal für ca. 5 Minuten.</span></div>

Reis sollte dann auch fertig sein, ihr könnt alles schön auf einem
